How To Be More Attractive In Business

Hot For Business

Sex sells.  Problem is, not every girl looks like the one in this picture.  And not every guy looks like the type of dude she’d date.  Right?

So how do you take what you’re working with… and make the most of it?  So you can feel and perform and profit your best?

For starters, get in great shape.  That’s the most obvious tip.  But it’s also the hardest to pull off.  I don’t know what to tell ya.  Get p*ssed off.  Get angry enough about your lumpy meat suit that you force yourself to make one healthy grocery run and get back into the gym for one weight workout… and see what happens.  Sometimes you just gotta tip over that first domino and, next thing ya know, you’re a whole new person.

Next, I’d say, don’t try too hard.  Nothing’s more unattractive than the geek who’s trying to be cool, right?  So figure out who you are… and just own that sh*t.  Whatever it is.  Embrace it.  Don’t morph according to who you’re with (or who you’re marketing to).

Third, educate yourself.  Be curious.  Ask questions.  Read.  Research.  Watch documentaries.  Have conversations with people who are different than you… especially those with opposing views.  Remember: innocence may be beautiful, but ignorance is fugly.

Fourth, don’t lie.  Not to yourself, not to others, not when it’s “no big deal,” not to protect someone else’s feelings, and especially not when it’s convenient for you.  Think about it.  Who does that?  No one I can think of.  Not even me, even though it’s on my mind and something I’m working towards.  Which means, if you can – if you can somehow be ballsy enough to be a truth teller – you’ll stand out.  People respect people who tell it like it is, even if it’s hard to hear.

If you do these four things, you’ll become more desirable.  And if you become more desirable, it’ll be easier to make sales.
