Kent Clothier Reviews (REWW Reverse Wholesaler)

Kent Clothier Instagram

Kent Clothier is an internet guru who teaches “reverse wholesaling.” He calls himself “the country’s leading real estate wholesaling expert.” Hmm. Is he legit?

To find out, I reviewed some of his teachings below. And, personally? Not impressed. Preachy, self-help 101 garbage. Reminded me of my Tanner Chidester rant.

I also ran into quite a few complaints about his coaching programs online. But, to be fair, the people calling Kent a scam didn’t seem all that bright. So I dunno. What do you think?

Actually, before you answer, check out what we’re doing with digital real estate. Here’s my mentor with one of his now more than 6,300+ students. Watch carefully. They’ll show you live, mostly-passive income streams you can model.

“We grow and learn the most when we make⁣ mistakes and face our fears.⁣ It’s time to stop taking the easy way out and pick the⁣ hardest and scariest path to take.⁣ The journey will be hard, but it will be well worth it⁣ in the end.⁣”

“Do you want to succeed? Study while others are sleeping. Decide while others are delaying. Prepare while others are daydreaming. Begin while others are procrastinating. Work while others are wishing. Save while others are wasting. Listen while others are talking. Smile while others are frowning. Persist while others are quitting.”

“If you want different results, you better act differently. You can’t copy-paste what society has told you and hope for an above-average life.”

“No matter how educated, talented, rich or cool you believe you are, how you treat people ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything.”

“Stop with the excuses! Stop dwelling on your weaknesses, the fears you⁣ have, and the people around you.⁣ You have what it takes to create a better life for⁣ yourself.⁣ All you have to do is believe this and start taking⁣ some action.”

“You can generate success.⁣⁣ With your hard work and dedication, you not only⁣⁣ bring success to yourself, but you also bring⁣⁣ greatness to others.⁣⁣ We can build each other up and share our⁣⁣ experiences with one another.⁣⁣ Give the gift of helping others with your strength and⁣⁣ knowledge.”

“Taking risks leads to success. You won’t achieve your dreams by playing it⁣⁣ safe. You need to take action. It allows for amazing opportunities to come into⁣⁣ your life.⁣⁣ It shows people that you are confident in⁣⁣ yourself and your abilities. That your passion⁣⁣ and motivation outweighs your fears of failure.⁣⁣”

“Don’t miss out on something that could be amazing just because it could also be difficult.”

“Self-improvement begins with self-acceptance,⁣⁣ recognizing one as it is,⁣⁣ with its strengths and weaknesses.”

“Keep them guessing and never tell all your secrets. When we are an open book and talk about things⁣ that are in the works, then we allow people to walk⁣ all over us. Your ideas can be ripped right out from under you in⁣ an instant when you let people come too close.”

“The secret to success is to change your daily routine. Swap out negative habits for more positive ones. Creating these better habits will point you in the right direction and lead you on the road to success. Getting into a routine of laying out your goals for the week, going on a morning run or listening to an educational podcast every evening will benefit you greatly.”

“Nothing good is built instantly! Stop visualizing success as an instant thing that is⁣ only for people with luck and chance. Your dreams are big, so it takes hard work to get⁣⁣
there. Be patient with yourself and remember that if you’re⁣⁣ working on them consistently then you will get there.⁣⁣”

“The right people who belong in your life⁣⁣⁣ will come to you and stay. Don’t chase people.⁣⁣⁣ Be you, do your own thing, and work hard.”

“Only you have the power to change your life and make things happen. I’ve built massive businesses and lost them.⁣ I could’ve given up and said f*ck it but I didn’t. It was my fault I lost it all and it was going to be my job to build it again. That’s what you do when you’re a real entrepreneur. You’re a problem solver before anything else. Stop looking for shortcuts. Stop looking for excuses to use⁣. Stop looking for people to point fingers at.⁣ It’s on you, it always has been.⁣ You’re in control. Act like it.”

“Knowing what to stand for and against are two of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make.”

“You get to write the story of your life. Is it going to be filled with missed opportunities and heartache? Or is it going to be filled with perseverance, grit, and a relentless will to be the best version of yourself? Make the call.”

“Hope is not a strategy. You have to have a plan. Work the plan. Pivot from the plan often. Regroup. Refocus. And do it again. Sitting on your ass and ‘hoping’ things change is the fastest path to mediocrity. F*ck being average. Step up and become legendary.”

“Seek out real knowledge. Engage people with differing opinions and listen. Learn the art of separating fact from opinion. Take you finger off the social media trigger to spread information without doing a little research. Stop being part of the problem and become part of the solution.”

“I’m not here for the toys. I’m here for the breathtaking moments. I’m here to create impact and change in someone’s life. I’m here for that ‘lighting in a bottle’ experience where two people just know that life’s gonna be a lot better if we are in each other’s world. I’m here for the sh*t money can’t buy. Been there done that.”

“Protect your mind. Protect your thoughts. Protect your words. Protect your time. Protect your network. Protect your friends. Protect your family. Allowing things or people into your life that don’t deserve your attention is this fastest way to mediocrity. Time is all we really have. Use it wisely. Spend it on things and with people that matter. Create your dream. Own your outcome.”

“Greatness requires vision and undying will to overcome any and all challenges that stand in your way.”

“There’s people that take advantage of opportunity, and there’s those that don’t. Most likely because the bigger the opportunity, the bigger the fear. The second you flinch from that fear, the opportunity passes. You have to be present enough to clearly understand that these moments will define you. Take action. Everyday, tell yourself you haven’t come this far just to come this far. You’ve been training for this moment. Don’t let fear mess that up.”
