Take out a pen and paper. ‘Memba those things? And just take notes on your day.
Start small. Just a few sentences – so you’ll actually do it.
Then, as the habit develops, you could do more. Or less. Who knows.
But here’s what I’ll tell ya: sh*t works. It makes your goals and thoughts and actions real. And in a weird way, makes you more accountable.
Cuz nobody wants to scribble a big goal at the top, then leave the rest of the page blank.
Like, “By October 1st of this year I’ll have my first $400k month.”
Then not do a damn thing about it. Nope. By documenting the day, you watch – you’ll get real productive real fast. And you’ll probably make better decisions about where to focus all that effort.
Plus, you won’t feel guilty when you polish off that bottle of bubbly tonight. You deserve to celebrate when you win the day.
