Attitude: Gratitude

Gratitude Written Ritual

Just the tip: stop browsing and write down five things you’re grateful for.  It can be anything.  But be specific.

Instead of “my health,” write “it’s amazing to wake up with no aches and pains… able to walk, run, jump, play, bend, reach, lift… and keep up with my kids – not everyone’s so lucky.”

Then add four more.  Then repeat daily.

It’s like dragging negativity to the Trash folder of your mind, clearing the way for clean vibes.
